What do I need to know about my car rental booking?

We provide rental cars in collaboration with rentalcars.com. This means that you book a rental car directly from rentalcars.com and they will help you with the service and all your queries. Good to know:

When you book and pay for a rental car, you receive a booking confirmation from rentalcars.com

You should print out the booking confirmation and take it with you.

The named driver must pick up the car, and don’t forget your driver’s license!

When you begin a search for a rental car, you must say from which city you wish to collect the car.

You can choose to collect your rental car at or close to the airport and in many city centres.

It is always important to inform the car rental supplier rentalcars.com if you will be arriving after midnight. Otherwise they may be closed or may not have kept a car for you. The rental car supplier's telephone number is on your booking confirmation. It can also be found on their website.

    This app is the worst! They messed up my flight booking. I can’t even get my original flight details back. The support team doesn’t respond. All they say is they need more time. I’ve been trying to cancel my flight for over a week because of their mistake. No one is helping me. Waiting to chat with an agent takes around 90 minutes, whether through the app or on the phone. The chat feature has bugs too, making it impossible to answer questions or upload files. It's frustrating!

    The app turned out to be a complete letdown. No option for ID, only passport. I bought six tickets, thinking 10kg and 20kg baggage came with them. Arriving at the TUS check-in desk, I got hit with a shocking message. Apparently, MyTrip doesn’t actually cover those services. In the end, I had to shell out an extra €255 just for my luggage. Total disaster!

    What a frustrating experience! You booked your trip through the app and added that "Premium Support AirHelp Plus Flight Delay Compensation." On your way back to New York, the first flight got delayed, causing you to miss the second one. You gathered all the proof—photos of airport screens, screenshots from the app, everything showing a three-hour delay, while you only had a two-hour window for the transfer. You put in so much time chatting and calling them, pouring hours into the process. Yet, they kept insisting they couldn't find any record of the delay in their system. It's maddening that they can't help despite all your evidence.
