The app itself is fine, but it's always updating. The issue lies in the data connection speed. Been a UMobile user since 2013, all was good until now. Even with 4G coverage, it performs more like 3G. Can hardly do anything. Whatsapp, which normally isn't too demanding, now takes ages for messages to go through.

The app and the service are really bad. The app constantly needs updates and often the servers are down, making the app unusable. As for the service, the connection is unreliable. Sometimes you have fast speed like 4mbps, but then suddenly it drops to a laughable 100kbps. It's frustrating, especially during this time when people need good internet for work. How do they think we can rely on their service?

The white screen problem still isn't fixed. I've been dealing with it for a while now. If we can't log in through the apps, how will we pay our bill? Restarting didn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling also failed. What should we do? Lately, the service has been terrible. The internet is also terrible. Many others are having the same app issues. I hope you can help.

The updates come so often, like once or twice a week. But it's weird because the layout never changes, even though they keep improving security and navigation. It's annoying to have to update and log in again, or reset your password if you can't remember it after so many resets.
