How can I subscribe to Unifi Home?

You may register online via unifi.com.my, or visit the nearest TMpoint outlets, TM Authorised Dealer (TAD) and resellers.

How long does a typical Unifi Home installation and testing take?

Installation and testing are expected to take approximately 4 to 8 hours depending on the type of your premise due to the sensitive nature and the complexity involved in fibre installation.

The installation process includes site survey, ducting, piping, electrical work and equipment configurations.

What are the charges for installation fee and equipment?

Installation charge for unifi is RM200 (currently waived for standard installation for the first 50 meters only). If your premise requires non-standard installation or additional cabling, extra charges will be imposed by TM Contractor.

The standard package is inclusive of equipment worth approximately RM1,000 that will also be given free-of-charge.

Track and Monitor Activities

From myunifi app: If you want to view activities pertaining to order and technical reports, tap "Account" at the bottom of the screen and then select "My Activity" at the top of the screen. You may choose the activity tab that you would like to view.

From unifi portal: If you want to view activities pertaining to your bills, payment, purchase history, order and technical reports, select from the various tabs at the bottom of the screen; My Bills / My Orders / My Activities and select the account that you would like to view.

    This app is really great! You can pay your Unifi bills easily and also check your line or WiFi for any issues. No need to wait on the careline for help, just do it yourself.

    So, you mentioned that every time you only use this app once a month to pay the bill, it keeps logging you out or saying that your session has expired. You're wondering why they can't just make it so you stay logged in. It doesn't seem too difficult, especially since you only use the app on your phone and never on any other devices.

    I am having trouble syncing my current account with the app. When I enter the correct account number or ID, it does not work. Trying to connect with a live agent was also unsuccessful. This app is the worst. It is just terrible.

    I keep having to log in over and over! The user interface is so confusing. It's such a struggle just to pay my bills. It's really shameful for an internet provider to be so bad at providing internet services. Maybe we need more companies competing in this field.

    Oh, this app is so user-friendly and convenient! It took me just a few seconds to complete the payment. So wonderful! I don't understand why some people gave it a low rating, as I found it easy to install and use. Perhaps they should check if their phone settings are restricting Wi-Fi connections for payments. It has been working flawlessly every time I've used it. Absolutely no issues at all. Just my two cents on it.

    So, you know, after updating the apps, things just got tougher, you know. Like, whenever I tried to see my bill, it kept saying "Log in again." Not just once, but like every single time, every darn day! I'm thinking, maybe I should just stick with the old apps. Now, about the router change situation, I've been waiting for a whole week for that worker to show up. Can you believe it? And then, right when I'm heading back to my village, they call and ask, like, "What have you been up to all this time?" No calls before that. What were they doing for a whole week?! So, I'm thinking, it's time for a change. No more Unifi for me.

    Oh no, all the old data is gone! Trying to type in the account number to connect but the app keeps spinning and spinning. Can't seem to link at all. Called customer service, only for them to say they don't work after hours. What on earth is going on here?
