1. How can I return products either purchased from the store or via Nahdi Online Store?

If the product does not match your order or you need to return or exchange the online purchased items, please visit any Nahdi pharmacy with the purchase receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. 3. What is the Express product return policy?

8. For how long can I dispense my medication with the original prescription?

3 months maximum for the medicines of chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma. 1 week maximum for the normal medication, such as cough and flu.

    There are some things I don't like about the app, like the inconvenient delivery times and the annoying vibration when I make changes. It's a major hassle that I can't paste my credit card number for online payments. On the positive side, I appreciate that many medications are well explained and it suggests alternatives sometimes. The app could definitely benefit from some updates, but overall, it's not terrible.

    So, I was trying to buy something online and it didn't go well. First, I put in my credit card details and the coupon code. But then an error message popped up. I tried again, but this time the coupon didn't work. In the end, I had to choose cash on delivery to complete the purchase. It was really frustrating.

    The app is really good and simple to use. I like that I can shop without going to the store. However, sometimes it has issues and keeps taking me back to the homepage when I try to add my card details. Also, in the Arabic version, I can't choose delivery; it keeps defaulting to pick up.

    I had a bad experience where I lost all my points by using them to buy a 100 SR coupon. When I tried to use it on the same day, it didn't work for some unknown reason, and I ended up losing my points. Sometimes, Nahdi coupons don't work at all. I couldn't find many items that are available in other pharmacies. The app is really bad, and I don't recommend it at all.

    So, I tried to sign up a while back, but it didn't work out. They never sent me a confirmation email and I couldn't even pick a user name. Now, I'm attempting to start fresh, but there's a snag. There's already an account linked to my email and phone number, so technically my account got set up. However, I can't sign in because I don't have a user name. It's like they've left me hanging with no way out. So, I'm just going to delete this app from my phone.

    I had a terrible experience. I made an order on the website, paid online on March 6, 2020, and received a confirmation email. It said they would inform me when the order was ready for pickup. Today, on March 14, 2020, at 2:30, I got another email. I went to the store to collect my order, but the pharmacist said it was canceled because it had expired. The service was awful. They didn't refund me or provide any updates. It felt like they just wanted to take my money.
