Namshi - Fashion discovery & shopping

I had a bad experience with the customer service. They couldn't handle my feedback properly and didn't find a solution to make me happy. It's all about how they treat customers. They need to improve their policies and train their team better. I always order from them, but this time they didn't fix my issue. I didn't expect this from such a popular online store!

I went shopping for the first time and had a great experience. The service was excellent, the delivery was very fast, and the product quality was also good.

Clothes are good, but it would be better if we have the exact measurements for each size. It's tough to guess the right size. That's why I like Shein more than Namshi. Shein and many other apps offer a detailed size chart that makes choosing the right size much easier.

The customer service at Namshi is terrible. I messaged them on their app's WhatsApp over 22 hours ago and still no response. After waiting for 11 days, they just canceled my orders without any explanation. And when you check the Namshi app, the same item I ordered is still available for purchase. If there's an issue with the item, they should take it off the app.

The services are really efficient and the products are great with discounts. I absolutely love Namshi! I can shop for many brands through them and their delivery and return services are top-notch.

The products are nice, but the delivery is so bad. They promised 10 business days, but I ordered 5 things and only got 2. It's been 10 days, and they're still working on the other 3. Basically, if you order something, plan for it to come in 2 weeks. I bet I could order from China and get it faster than Namshi delivering in Dubai.

Received my orders after 2 working days. Loved the products! The only downside is they don't have the option to schedule the delivery. Even after calling them, they still say it will be delivered in 1-2 working days. Other online shops let you schedule delivery which is more convenient as you can choose the exact date of delivery. Love Namshi a lot, just hoping they add this option. ☺

The products are great, real, and sizes are mostly right. Prices can be high, but they are good quality. When items are on sale, it's a steal. If you need your order quickly, pay with cash for faster delivery. Payment by card takes longer to process. Overall, the app is fantastic with a helpful team that responds well whether by email or hotline.
