The app is really awesome overall. The only problem is that the option to modify or add more items doesn't work. I have to reach out to the representative directly on the same day to include the additional items. Please try and fix that.

I tried using Nana for the first time to order my Carrefour weekly groceries in Riyadh. It was a great experience! The woman who shopped for me called to suggest alternatives for missing items, and she was very good at communicating in Arabic. The timing and delivery were perfect as well. The only issue I had was not being able to edit the items in my cart before my order was prepared. Unfortunately, I couldn't add or remove any more items. But overall, it was a great experience! And a bonus was that the delivery this time was free. Good luck Nana!

You know, I used to really like this app. It was great, until about two months ago. They messed up my order in the system and didn't even tell me about it. So when I called customer service, they were so unprofessional and rude, they even tried to blame me for their mistake. That was it for me, I had enough. I uninstalled the app right away.

I really like this app. It's so reliable with perfect customer service. The shoppers and drivers are excellent, and the payment system is the best.

The delivery was really quick. But I got a regular priced detergent instead of the sale one I ordered. Despite that, I am happy with their service. The app is great and really helpful!

Wow, this app is absolutely fantastic! It's probably the best shopping app I've ever tried, maybe even the top one. I think if they included live tracking and constantly updated their inventory to get items they don't have, it would be even better. But overall, using this app has been amazing!

Prices are so high for everything. Delivery is free, but the high prices make it not really free. They actually include delivery charges in the item price. There are better options available.

So here's the thing - when you order online, they don't guarantee the price. They only make an invoice after buying the items from stores. If the price ends up being different from what you paid online, they won't let you know beforehand.

The app is really terrible. It keeps shutting down and constantly asks me to update items that I have already updated. Not only that, it won't accept promo codes that haven't expired yet!
