Some information we ought to know:

Are you looking for a high-quality, natural-sounding voice reader? Have you tried using your phone’s built-in voice reader that always gives you bad quality and artificial sound? Have you tried using other text-to-speech (TTS) apps but just can’t get them to work with your phone’s built-in voice reader?

If you’re one of those people, you’ve come to the right place. NaturalReader is a free app that lets you listen to your text in high-quality, natural-sounding voices.

The app requires a $10 monthly subscription, which is the lowest paid level. However, the voices are robotic and mispronounce words often, making it really hard to listen to. I had to slow down the reading speed a lot to figure out the words the app was saying wrong.

The AI and LLM voices are really good, even though they sometimes mess up how they say words. But the app itself has lots of problems. I'm always asked to log in, have to press "restore license" all the time, and sometimes the premium voices just stop working completely. The plus and premium versions cost quite a bit, so it's really annoying to deal with so many problems when you've paid for it.

Hi friends! Did you hear about the outage in the news today? Lots of services were affected. I wanted to rate this app five stars, but unfortunately, the free version doesn't allow me to convert the text to mp3 using my favorite voice. It would be great if they could make that feature available. Also, it would be nice if we could choose our favorite voices and save them in a tab for easy access, instead of searching through all the menus each time. By the way, do you know how long we can use the premium voices with a subscription like mine? Thanks again, my friends!

That's awesome! I rely on this tool every day! Dealing with dyslexia can make crafting written content a real challenge for me at work. I double-check almost everything - emails, reports and even texts - using this software to spot grammar and spelling mistakes. While the voice may sound a bit mechanical at times and tends to mispronounce proper names, it doesn't bother me. I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone facing difficulties in reading, writing, or any language-related issues.

This is by far the best voice app here. I’ve tried them all. But, there are some things that must change for me to use it every day. Firstly, we need a library for uploaded and recent files. Currently, I can only see one file at once. If I try to upload another, I lose the first one. Secondly, this app keeps freezing on me and the play/pause button doesn’t always work when I tap it. Lastly, I really need a progress bar.

I recently purchased a subscription for this service and am planning to keep using it. However, there are a few issues bothering me. When I copy too much text into the box, it causes the app to crash. Also, sometimes when I'm reading uploaded documents, it takes a while for the app to catch up, but I can deal with that. The most frustrating issue for me is when it skips lines or even a short paragraph at the start or end of a page while listening to EPUB and PDF files. I have no clue how to remedy this and would appreciate any suggestions. I will update my review if this problem gets resolved!

Oh man, this is great at first, but then it just goes silent after a few seconds. If I’m not always active in the app with the screen on, it cuts off way too quickly. It's really frustrating, and I'm starting to explore other options because I can't stand having to keep hitting play all the time. It should definitely be able to run alongside other apps, or even better, work with the screen off to save my battery life.

I tried this tool and it worked great at first. The voice was amazing, although I had to switch the voice because it uses premium voices by default. That was okay, the non-premium voices sounded good too. But now, it doesn't read any PDFs that I try to open, even ones that worked before. Every time I press play, it reads either placeholder text or says the play button is suddenly a premium feature that I can't use.
