How to write a question in Knowledge iN

You can register a question in Knowledge iN using the following methods.

1. Knowledge iN app > Click the pencil-shaped icon at the bottom right > General question

2. Write the title and inquiry content

3. Select the settings option and click the V at the top right > Select the question field > Send question

If you want an accurate answer, you should write the title specifically so that we can immediately find out what you are curious about, and it is recommended that you enter key words.

Please note that questions cannot be edited/deleted once an answer is registered, so please write accordingly.
