・Railway operation information data is based on operation information for JR lines nationwide provided by JR East i-Stations Co., Ltd., and operation information for some private railways, subways, and monorails provided by RescueNow Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or conversion of this data to electromagnetic media is prohibited.

・This service does not provide information on all accidents, delays, and resumption of operations, and may differ from the actual operation status. Please use it as reference information.

・This service is based on information on local trains and does not support operation information for limited express trains. If local trains have resumed operation, operation resumption information for the relevant line will be displayed, but the operation status may differ from that of limited express trains.

・Information will be provided when delays of 15 minutes or more occur or are expected to occur, or when service is suspended or canceled for JR lines and Tokyo Metro lines in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and when delays of 30 minutes or more occur or are expected to

occur for other lines. 

・Information will be provided when delays affect a wide range (lines and sections for which information is provided and other areas).

・Information will be provided on the time, line, section, cause, operation status, etc. of accidents or delays. 

・Information on operation status will be provided on the basis of suspension of operation, resumption of operation, and delays, and as soon as information is received, information on expected resumption of operation, suspension of operation, changes to operation routes, etc. will be provided.
