Hey there! I need help with my game. Every time I try to play it, it keeps crashing. The only thing I see is the EA logo loading up, then the game switches off to a blank screen in the background. I've tried reaching out to the developer, but my emails keep bouncing back as invalid email addresses. I really don't want to lose all my progress by reinstalling the game. The leagues are awesome to participate in, the campaigns are solid, showdown mode is great, and Daily Beats is fantastic too. Moreover, even when you take perfect and open three-point shots, the success rate is disappointingly low, around 50% or even less. In summary, the experience becomes increasingly aggravating. Despite this, the visuals and interface of the game are satisfactory. Therefore, if these aspects are more important to you, you might enjoy it nonetheless.

It seems like shooting 3-pointers in the game has become quite unpredictable lately. Sometimes you'll hit them from a long distance and get a huge boost, while other times you'll only see a slight improvement. It appears that some issues from season 4 have carried over to the current season. It's frustrating how lower-ranked opponents seem to have an advantage, like having your shot blocked by a player with a lower block rating. You invested in season 4 but won't be doing the same this time around. On the bright side, it's good that the store and sets have been simplified in this new season.
