    This app is so frustrating. It always lags when switching between options and doesn't update the dashboard automatically. I have to keep closing the app and restarting it. Such a waste of time and storage space. They really should remove it from the Play Store. Thanks.

    This app has everything I need to keep track of and top up my NCELL sim card, which is super convenient.     So, here's what I think is cool about the Ncell App. They give you 200mb of free data and 10 free sms every day, which is pretty nice when you compare it to the Ntc App. Plus, their app is much easier to use compared to the not-so-great Ntc one. I reckon if Ncell also offered users 20 minutes of free calls per month, they'd attract even more customers away from Ntc in Nepal super quickly.

    I'm really bummed out about this app because every time I try to open it, it just won't work. It either takes forever to load and never opens, or it just shows the ncell app avatar and nothing else. I've tried deleting and re-downloading it so many times, and I even looked up methods on YouTube, but nothing seems to fix the issue. It's frustrating!

    The user interface is super easy to use! One thing I’d like to suggest is the ability to activate voice packs multiple times as needed. Currently, once I activate a voice pack in a category, I can’t activate another one from the same group until the previous one expires. When I try to access the already activated voice pack category, there’s only a 'know more' option and not an 'activate' button. Hopefully, this can be addressed in the next app update.
