    Tried using the app, the website, and even my TV box but couldn't get it to work. It just kept loading without any luck. Good thing I only paid for one month. The servers are terrible, don't bother wasting your money.

    I really like this app because it helps me find all TV shows and movies. But there's an issue with the Sahirati series - I can't understand anything because they speak in Arabic. Please add English subtitles to fix this problem. Thank you!

    The new version stopped working on my device. It was fine before the update, but now it won't work and says my device doesn't meet the requirements. I've been using it on this device for over 3 years with no problems. When I talked to customer service, they just said my device isn't compatible and didn't help at all. So frustrating!

    The app is good, but customer support is bad. I had to update my credit card after it expired. I tried reaching out through emails, WhatsApp, and calls for 3 weeks but got no response. Unfortunately, I lost my special promotion and still haven't heard back. Now, I can only buy a subscription at the regular price, which is too expensive.

    The app used to work great, but now it keeps buffering or not downloading on my Samsung TV. It's really annoying me. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are working fine though. My internet is super fast with fiber optic connection.

    The app has been down for two days. At first, it showed an error message. I tried updating it on all my devices – both Apple and Android – but it's still not working. The screen stays blank, as if it's loading, with no content visible. It's frustrating because I used to enjoy using that app, but now it's completely unusable. It won't work on any device – not on Android, Apple, or even new devices!

    Installing this app is a bad idea, it doesn't work well. If you try the VIP feature, you can't disable it and they will continue to charge you monthly without your permission. When you want to cancel your membership, you can't choose a reason and send the request because the button doesn't work. It seems like they will keep taking your money indefinitely.

    Everything was fine until the newest update. I noticed that the "Fit Video to Screen" feature was missing, which means I couldn't watch videos in full screen. Please fix this in the next update. Great job! Update: The issue is resolved now. I got my full screen back when I reopened the app the next day. I have given it 5 stars again.

    I like the new update. It would be great if we could check the episodes while watching one. I want to easily switch between episodes without having to go back and choose the one I want from the series. Hope that makes sense.
