NetHome Plus - Smart home control

So, I tried giving feedback on the app but no luck. I need to speak out. Something's not right - is it the app, my AC, me? Everything was good, then suddenly it went blank like a reset - just stopped working out of the blue. The AC vanished from the app when I stepped out. Now, back home, it's not there in the app either. Now, I've got to remember all those tricky steps to get it back on the app. This whole situation's a mess. Definitely regretting getting this thing!

I had a great week using my Android and iOS devices with no issues. Suddenly, I got an error message about my weak internet connection. I'm on WiFi watching Netflix, so obviously something is wrong with the servers - maybe they're down or have high latency. It's frustrating that I paid extra for AC support but can't use it now because of this. Please improve your servers - this is unprofessional.

So, the app is okay by itself. But, when it comes to linking it with Google Home, things get a bit rough. It tends to stop working quite often, and fixing it feels like an impossible puzzle. The only solution that seems to work is deleting your account and starting fresh -- at least, deleting is a breeze. There are other Midea apps out there that connect with the same devices, maybe they offer a more reliable connection. Users have been asking for one stable app from Midea rather than juggling multiple ones.

At first, I faced the same issue as others. The progress would reach 99% during the initial step or almost complete the second step, pre-configuring the device before failing. After numerous unsuccessful tries, I decided to disable my carrier network to prevent the phone from shifting between my wireless and cellular connections. Once I took this step, the installation went smoothly without any issues.

Lately, when I open the app, an error pops up and I have to log in again. This happens every single time I try to use the app.

The app is handy, but it's quite sluggish. When you launch it, it really takes a long time to fetch information about your device. And by long, I mean over 10 seconds. Sometimes, it doesn't even manage to do this, and you have to hit refresh. Also, when linking up with Google Home, it's really tough to control things using your voice because Nethome plus seems to be out of reach. You have to make attempts 2-4 times every single time you want to adjust the temperature or switch a setting.
