Network Companion - WiFi management & security

I'm having trouble with my phone A23. It's not sending or receiving messages and video calls. I've only had it for a little over a week. It's been acting up for about 5 days now. I've tried to fix it, but I'm not sure what's wrong. Can you please help me troubleshoot and resolve the issue? Thank you.

I used to like Boost, but they took advantage of me. They had me buy a new phone for nothing and when I returned it because the signal was even worse, they charged me an extra fee. Now, they are making me pay extra for phone insurance that I don't even have. I can't afford the extra $8 a month, which is ridiculous. They said they would give me a $25 credit, but that was another lie. They increased my bill for something I never agreed to, made me pay for activation, and wouldn't refund the funds when I returned the phone. All this trouble just to try to get a phone that I can actually hear on is false.

I've been with Boost for years. My screen is blank and it says "phone number unavailable." Can someone please help me with why it's not connecting? It doesn't show my phone number or any of the screenshots that you have on here. Can someone help me?

My phone is acting up - the screen keeps glitching and becoming unresponsive for short periods of time. Today, I tried disabling and optimizing the app causing the issue but then I couldn't use the internet even though my Wi-Fi signal was strong. I double-checked by trying my Wi-Fi on other devices and restarting my phone, but still no luck.

Boost used to work fine for years, but now my phone is having all sorts of issues due to this app. When I try to make a call, the other person can't hear me. And when I receive a call and answer, it keeps ringing on their end. I can't even access my voicemail, and all my apps are running slowly. My phone has become practically useless because of this app that I didn't even install—and I can't even uninstall it!

You know, someone told me to download this app because I was always in different places. I downloaded it and it worked really well the first day. But now it says my SIM card isn't supported by Dish anymore. It's kind of confusing.

A new app appeared on my phone without my permission. It requires too many permissions, particularly for remote access and telemetry. It's controlled by a third-party, and considering that it's flagged by AVG for containing malicious code, I'm not interested in keeping it. I wouldn't even grant such access to my parents, let alone a third-party.

I am a customer of Project Genesis. My S22 device came with the Ookla Speedtest app installed. However, after updating the Android OS on the day I received my phone, the Ookla feature is now missing. I believe this app is crucial for conducting data speed tests and gathering information for Dish's pilot project using my Project Genesis Samsung Galaxy S22.
