    I tried using the app again, but it's still frustrating. Most of the time, I see the message saying they can't process my ticket. It’s better to just use the internet for checking my numbers. Ultimately, I need to visit a retailer to cash in anyway. The app crashes often, and with the recent time change, it won’t work at all now. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. I understand it’s a free app, but it feels like a waste trying to scan tickets. This thing really needs improvement.

    Some people might be facing issues with the scan, but mine works great on my Android phone. I had it on my old Android phone too, and it functioned without any problems. It's frustrating to hear others say otherwise when I’ve had such a good experience.

    Life has been great recently. One thing would make it even better. If I could know right away whether a ticket in collect n win is a winner. It would save me time from scanning each ticket separately to find out if I won. That would be awesome!

    The new NJ lottery app has some issues. The scan tool in the Collect & Win section doesn't work properly. When scanning tickets, the symbols added aren’t accurate. The overall new look feels a bit off.

    Another update messes with the ticket scanner again. The NJ lottery makes so much money. You would think they could have a top-notch system. Retailer scanners are terrible too. That big update from February/March 2021 ruined all the hopes for smooth operation. Frustration mounts, even live drawings have problems. Get it together and fix the app. We just want something to be happy about!
