How do I sign up for NFL+?

You can sign up for NFL+ at nfl.com/plus or through the NFL App on your mobile device, smart TV, or other connected device. From there, you can login to your NFL.com account or create a new NFL.com account, and then subscribe to NFL+.

How much does NFL+ cost?

NFL+ has two pricing tiers: NFL+ and NFL+ Premium.

NFL+ is priced at $6.99/month or $49.99/season.**

NFL+ includes access to:

    NFL Network

    Live out-of-market preseason games

How can I upgrade my NFL+ subscription plan?

You may be able to upgrade your NFL+ or NFL+ Premium plan to a higher subscription plan.

Please see the table below for the available upgrade options:

You can upgrade by following these steps:

    Log into your NFL+ account

    On your profile, click on NFL Subscriptions

    Under NFL+, click on Manage

    Under Plan Details, you will see the available plans for the upgrade

    Choose the plan to upgrade to, and click on Upgrade

    You will see a confirmation page with the details of the upgrade. Click on Change Plan to confirm the upgrade. If you change your mind, click on Keep Current Plan. 

    You will see a confirmation message once your upgrade is successful.

Please note that your renewal date will fall on the date of the upgrade thereafter.

How do I cancel my NFL+ subscription?

There are two ways to cancel your NFL+ subscription, depending on where you signed up:

    App Store: If you subscribed through an app store (like Apple App Store or Google Play), you'll need to follow their cancellation process. You can find instructions specific to your device on the app store's website.

        Google/Android 

        Roku

        Amazon

    NFL.com: If you signed up directly on NFL.com, simply log in to your account and follow the steps below.

Click the "FOLLOW ME" button to see how you can cancel your subscription via web.

    Visit NFL.com and sign in, or go to the Account page if you are already signed in.

    Click the arrow next to NFL Subscriptions to Manage your subscription.

    Within the Manage Subscriptions section, click the arrow next to Manage

    Click the Cancel button 

    You’ll get a message saying We’re sorry to see you go. Please select a reason why you’re leaving and click Cancel.                    

    Your subscription will be cancelled and you’ll be taken to a page that reads Miss you already. Click Back to My Account to return to your account settings.

If you cancel your NFL+ subscription with time left on your billing period, you will have access through the end of your current billing period. Cancelling your subscription will stop the recurring charges and your subscription will not be renewed.

What content/shows are included with NFL+?

With an NFL+ subscription, you get access to:

    Live out-of-market preseason games

    Live local & primetime Regular Season and Postseason games on your phone or tablet

    Live stream of NFL Network

    Live game audio (home, away & national calls) for every game of the season

    NFL library programming on-demand, ad-free

With an NFL+ Premium subscription, you get access to all of the content and features in NFL+, as well as:

    Live stream of NFL RedZone

    Full & condensed game replays

What is the refund policy for NFL+

Ultimately, our decision to grant or deny refunds will be based on purchase type, time that has elapsed between the purchase date and the initial refund request date, and the circumstances for the refund request.

If we are unable to post a refund to your credit card, including because your credit card account is closed or otherwise unavailable when we attempt to post the refund, or if we allege that you have violated the Terms of Use, you agree that you will forfeit the amount due to you (if any).

Please note that we may not be able to post refunds for subscriptions that are paid for with "single use" credit card numbers or similar "disposable" payment methods. We recommend that you do not use these payment methods to pay for your NFL+ subscription. If you choose to use them despite our recommendation, you do so at the risk that we may not be able to provide you with a refund.

You may be granted a refund based on the following circumstances:

    You made duplicate purchases using multiple registration/login credentials, or

    You are experiencing serious and ongoing technical difficulties

If you made an in-app purchase in the Subscription Products and NFL Mobile Products, for iOS (e.g., Apple), Amazon, ROKU, and Android (e.g., Google), refunds must be requested from the online store where you made your purchase in accordance with the refund policies of that store

Our reasonable effort to provide you with a refund, as described above, will be your exclusive remedy if you or we terminate your access to NFL+, including in the event that you claim we breached our obligations to you.

What NFL games are available LIVE with NFL+?

NFL+ provides access to:

    Live out-of-market preseason games across supported devices

    Live local and primetime regular season and postseason games on your phone or tablet. Local games are the games that are available on TV in your local market.

    This season NFL Network has seven live games and NFL Network is available across supported devices

In addition, NFL+ provides live audio for every game of the season across supported devices.

NFL+ Premium provides access to everything from NFL+, and:

    NFL RedZone across supported devices

What is the blackout policy for live games on NFL+?

NFL+ provides access to:

    Live local and primetime regular season and postseason games on your phone or tablet and mobile web browsers. Local games are the in-market games that are available on TV in your local market.

    This season NFL Network has seven live games and NFL Network is available across supported devices

    In addition, NFL+ provides live audio for every game of the season across supported devices.

    NFL+ Premium provides access to everything from NFL+, and:

        NFL RedZone across supported devices

Out-of-market refers to games that are available outside of the designated broadcast region you are in.

I have NFL+, but I can’t access live games on my connected television. How do I access live games?

Live local and primetime regular season and postseason games are only accessible on NFL+ via a phone or tablet.

A live stream of NFL Network is also available across supported devices with an NFL+ subscription. This season, there are seven live games on NFL Network.

NFL RedZone is available with an NFL+ Premium subscription across supported devices.

The NFL App also supports authentication with participating TV providers. Depending on your TV provider, you can use your pay TV credentials to log in. This will give you access to the live games included in your pay TV subscription.

Can I watch games by logging in with my TV provider even if I do not have NFL+?

Yes! The NFL App supports authentication with participating tv providers.

Depending on your TV provider and your package, you may be able to use your pay TV credentials to authenticate and access live Regular season and Postseason games televised in your market, NFL Network and/or NFL RedZone. To authenticate and start watching, click here.

How can I access Fantasy+?

NFL Fantasy+ is no longer offered as a separate subscription, but NFL Fantasy+ features are now available in NFL+. You will need a subscription to NFL+ to access NFL Fantasy+ features.

Existing NFL Fantasy+ subscribers will maintain access through the end of their current subscription period, and can access NFL Fantasy+ in the NFL Fantasy App.

How can I access NFL RedZone?

NFL RedZone is available through pay television providers and through NFL+ Premium.
