This app is seriously so annoying. I can't believe I actually spent money on it. Throughout the entire NFL season, I haven't been able to watch a single full game with it. The video constantly buffers and freezes because of the heavy traffic, making the viewing experience super frustrating. And let me tell you, every time there's a crucial play happening, that's exactly when the app decides to crash. It always manages to come back to life just in time for showing replays and discussing the amazing play that I missed out on. My network is running on 5G and it's flawless, so the problem definitely isn't on my side.

If you really love the NFL, then you should check out this app! Maybe it's a bit pricey, but come on, aren't you a die-hard NFL fan? My main issue is that I end up missing most of the live games. When I try to watch them later on Game Pass, they already display the score, so the outcome is spoiled and watching the game becomes less exciting. It would be great if they could add a feature where you can choose whether to see the scores upfront with two simple yes or no options. This feature should pop up right at the beginning. Other than that, these apps are awesome!

This app is just awful, it's as slow as molasses in winter. I find myself spending more time trying to close it and restart it than actually enjoying the games. If you only care about listening to the games and don't watch them on the app, go for TuneIn Premium instead. It costs the same and has far fewer issues and streaming errors compared to NFL Gamepass. Update to my previous review: As of January 23, 2022, this app continues to be terrible. When attempting to listen to one of the playoff games, it took a whopping 13 minutes before the audio finally started playing.

So, this year's app is really not great at all. I've never had any issues in previous years. The scores are just not getting updated - for example, last Thursday's game is still there as if it hasn't even happened yet, without the final score. On the main screen where I used to be able to see live scores, it's not updating either. It just shows the time when the game starts and on which network. You can't add more than one team to your team tab like you could before. The navigation isn't difficult, it's just super inconvenient compared to how things were in prior years.

Oh boy, this app is just the worst. It's been a nightmare for ages now. It keeps crashing, freezing, and lagging terribly. Sometimes, it even skips ahead randomly. And getting videos to load? Good luck with that! Instead of watching the games you want, you'll probably end up seeing that annoying message saying "Fumble! There was a problem with your video" repeatedly. It's so irritating and pointless. Clearly, the folks behind this app are not doing their jobs very well.

Guess what? I couldn't open the app because of a new update; it kept showing me an error message saying, "Something went wrong. Tap to retry" when I tried opening it, but tapping didn't work at all. But hey, great news! They not only fixed the issue but also let me know that it was resolved. Well done NFL! 👏👏👏👏👏

Oh man, let me tell you about NFL+! It's totally worth the money if you're a football fan. But the app itself? Ugh, it's just plain awful. It keeps closing out unexpectedly. And get this – every five minutes, the volume on my devices gets cut in half by the app. Super annoying, right? Plus, it struggles big time when you switch between portrait and landscape modes. And here's the kicker: it seems like the app is always a bit behind the actual game broadcast, so it'll suddenly jump ahead, which can be really jarring and confusing. And don't even get me started on how it loses the stream at important moments during the game. Makes me think it can't handle all of us users trying to watch at once. Overall, not a good experience with the app at all.

I'm writing this in the hope that someone will see it and help solve my problem. So, on my phone, the app is working just fine, but the trouble arises when I try to access NFL GamePass on my other devices. The thing is, NFL promises to provide "every" game right after it's over. However, on my other gadgets, I've noticed some games are missing - definitely three in week 17 and a few more in week 18. And now, during the second week of the playoffs, the only game I couldn't catch live isn't available on NFL GamePass either.

I've been dealing with this app being a total mess on my phone for years now. No matter what phone I'm using - iPhone, Galaxy, or Pixel - it's always giving me trouble. Half the time, when I try to open the app, it just crashes. And sometimes, it even makes my phone overheat. Whenever I get a notification about an interesting article and click on it to read, the app opens but I can never seem to find that article anywhere. When I try to stream games or RedZone through the app, it often causes serious crashes, and then I have to wait between 5 to 15 minutes for the app to work again. It's just so frustrating!
