[Additional Usage Guidelines]

▶ NH pay must be used on the mobile phone owned by the individual (1 device per person).

▶ During self-authentication via card information, the registered mobile number during sign-up must match the one in the NH card.

▶ App usage is not possible on smartphones that have been arbitrarily modified for security purposes.

▶ For secure service use and safe transactions, offline payments are only feasible when connected to a mobile network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.).

▶ Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) is accessible on smartphones supporting biometric identification.

▶ Cards without registered passwords may encounter limited transactions to prevent misuse.

▶ Cash withdrawal (ATM) services are permissible for only one card enrolled in NH pay, with a withdrawal limit of 500,000 KRW per transaction and per day.

▶ Some services may be restricted based on membership conditions.
