- Access financial services faster with easy personal verification, new features include short/long-term card loans, interest rate discount events, and smart installment functions.

- Utilize the revamped Card Finder service to filter desired benefits, apply for cards quickly, manage card applications, and change card passwords.

■ Customer Service

- Offers various services to swiftly address customer concerns like service-specific contact numbers, news, Q&A, FAQs, locating nearby NH Nonghyup branches or Hanaro Marts, and managing public certifications like enrollment, export, import.

Usage Guidelines:

* Membership registration is available only for NH Nonghyup Card holders who can log in using the ID/password registered via the website, mobile web, or app.

* Fingerprint login is enabled for smartphones with fingerprint recognition and requires one-time authentication during registration. OnePay login requires installation of the OnePay app and card registration.

* The NH Nonghyup Card app is compatible with Android version 5.0 and above. Customers using Android versions below 5.0 should use the NH Nonghyup Card mobile website or upgrade to the latest Android version.

* For exporting/importing public certifications on this app, visit "Customer Center > Public Certification Management" on the NH Nonghyup Card website.

Access permissions:

(Required) Storage Space: Used for managing public certifications.

(Required) Phone: Used to connect to customer support.

(Required) Installed Apps: Collects data on potentially threatening apps installed on devices to prevent electronic financial transaction incidents.

(Optional) Location: Uses current location for branch guidance services.

* Optional access permissions are necessary when using specific features and restricting their usage if denied.

* Access permission settings can be adjusted at Settings > Location-Based Service Settings.
