### 4. System Requirements

◼︎ OS Version

You must use Android OS 5.0 or higher.

** If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version below 6.0, all permissions may be necessary. When upgrading to Android OS version 6.0 or higher, since the approved access permissions do not change from the existing app, you need to delete and reinstall the app to reset the permissions.

** If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or higher, you can individually consent to access permissions on the permission screen of Phone Settings > Application Manager > NH Investment & Securities QV.

◼︎ App Permissions and Usage Purposes Guide

- Files and media [Storage] (Required): Stock information, screen files, user settings, etc.

- Collection/Use of Mobile Phone Number Information (Required): Verification of identity, issuance/management of certificates, device information verification, connection to customer center

- Installed apps (Required): Detection of threatening apps installed for prevention of electronic financial accidents

- Camera (Optional): Taking photos of ID cards when opening accounts online

- Location (Optional): Checking current location information when opening accounts online or searching for branches

- Above-displayed permissions on other apps (Optional): Use visible ARS

- Contacts (Optional): Link contacts for gifting stocks

** Even if you do not use optional access permissions, you can still use the service excluding those permissions.

### 5. Others

- For providing services such as customer verification and notifications, the mobile phone number and device ID are sent to and stored on our server when logging in.

- This app displays informational or commercial mobile contents provided by the call recipient. To do so, we provide the phone number and app push information to Callgate Corporation.

- Provided Function: Screen service related to calls (visible ARS)

- Retention and Use Period: Until the provider withdraws consent
