At Nicequest we want to inspire what's coming next based on how you see the world. This is why we invite you to share your opinions and views in surveys, in exchange for Korus. The frequency and number of surveys you receive will depend on the profiles our clients are looking for to conduct their studies.

STEP2  Browse the Internet with Thea

With our technology Thea you share how you use the Internet day-to-day, helping us create statistics on people's online behaviour.

If you receive an invitation, to earn more Korus, all you have to do is set up Thea on the devices you use regularly.

STEP3  Share what you watch and listen to with Orpheus

Orpheus is an app that identifies the multimedia content you are exposed to in order to create statistics on media consumption.

If you receive an invitation, just download the Orpheus app on your Android device and start earning Korus!

STEP4  Move with Atlas

With Atlas you share how you move around your city. This way, brands can plan their advertising strategy on the street more effectively. Plus, you will receive more surveys based on the places you go!

If you receive an invitation, just activate the location of your smartphone and share your daily movements effortlessly.

Ways to handle issues about account

How do I edit my details?

If you want to edit your details, follow the steps below:

   STEP1  Log in to nicequest.com and enter your profile.

   STEP2  Click on the pencil in the "Access details" section.

How do I delete my account?

If you want to stop participating in Nicequest, follow these steps:

   STEP1  Log in to nicequest.com or the App.

   STEP2  Access your profile and click "Delete account" at the bottom of the page. Remember that once we cancel your account, you will not be able to participate in Nicequest again (even with a new invitation).

How do I change or recover my password?

If you would like to change your password to log into Nicequest, follow the steps below:

   STEP1  Log in into nicequest.com and go to your profile.

   STEP2  Click on the pencil, in the “Login details” section to edit your password*.

If, on the other hand, you have forgotten your password and you can’t log into your account, click on "Have you forgotten your password?" and enter your email address so we can send you a message to reset it.

*Remember that your new password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number and one of the following symbols: !@#$%&/()=+?[]~-.

How can I recover my Nicequest account?

For quality and security reasons, if you can’t log into the email that you used to register on Nicequest, we recommend you contact your email administrator (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) to solve the login problem and then you will be able to send the request via the aforementioned means.

Use of Accessibility Services:

- Accessibility services are solely requested from collaborators who have expressly agreed to participate in specific market research initiatives related to web activities. Through explicit consent, collaborators share their web and app data with us for market research, ensuring no personal information is disclosed to third-party entities.
