Nike SNKRS - Sneaker drops notifications

Opened the app after a long time and it finally worked. The issues I had are gone, so my rating is back up. Considering deleting the app until they fix the problem with it, so I can improve my 1-star rating. It's been about a month and a half that I've had to log in every time I open the app. It's a simple step but very inconvenient. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't fix the issue.

The app has problems preventing bots during limited shoe releases and is poorly made. I often have to log out and log back in to see if shoes are available. Buying shoes feels like a gamble. Sometimes it says "pending" when there are still shoes left and the purchase doesn't go through without any explanation. Other sneaker brands have better apps.

Everything was fine in the beginning but then the upcoming release tab stopped showing anything. I had to force close and reopen it. Eventually that stopped working too. Yesterday, I uninstalled the app and that fixed the issue. I set three notifications for today's Sacai drop but they never came through. I waited on the app for the draw today but nothing happened. I closed the app at 9:02 and suddenly all the notifications appeared, letting me know the draw was over and everything was sold out.

When shock drops happen, it's not fair if the notification system is slow and bots end up buying all the shoes. Bots are a big problem overall, and the user interface doesn't help with ordering quickly – it's actually really bad. This app seems like it's made for bots.

I missed so many good launches in the last two months. Not because I didn't win the draw, but because the app had so many issues. It wouldn't load, refresh, check out, process payment, or recognize my fingerprint. I tried everything - clearing cache, clearing storage, uninstalling, and reinstalling multiple times. With all these bot and app problems, it feels like there's no chance left. Nike, please improve your app. Just do it.

The app got worse with the update. Now every time I open it, I have to log in again, turn notifications back on, and reset all my settings. When I try to enter a draw, I either get an error message or have to re-enter my password, which always seems to be wrong. If I manage to reach checkout, it always says my payment method is invalid, especially during popular releases. This happens every single time, not just by chance.
