Nike - Track & analyze workouts

So, if you're on the hunt for a pair of sneakers you've got your eye on and find out they are all sold out at your nearby stores, there are a couple of issues I've encountered over the past six years. One major gripe is about using promotional codes during sales, like when you need to enter a code, particularly for birthday discounts - sometimes it won't work properly through the app. Additionally, the app itself tends to be quite sluggish and often fails to load all the items I'm searching for.

I recently tried to use this retail app, and it was a total disaster. There's no live chat or customer service phone number available, which is super frustrating. Plus, there's no option to filter or sort the items, so you're basically stuck endlessly scrolling through tons of stuff that doesn't interest you. What's even more annoying is the fact that I tried to order a pair of 95s twice, but both times it failed even though I had the money. It's just not worth the hassle. If you can, I'd recommend buying from a different source. It's really surprising how such a big company like Nike could have such a terrible app when they usually pride themselves on providing a great customer experience.

So this app, like many others, tends to change its appearance frequently. Those of us who might be a bit "older" 😉😄 actually prefer a simpler and more straightforward online experience. While the new designs might seem more exciting, there's something comforting about the familiarity and simplicity of the old layout. I don't enjoy having to navigate through a complex website trying to figure it out. If it gets too confusing, I'll just give up and stop shopping altogether. Fortunately, it hasn't been too bad so far. I usually just check out running shoes and sometimes casually browse other items.

I absolutely love shopping at Nike! Their app is so well organized and their customer service is top-notch. I enjoy collecting shoes and various other items, and I can find most of what I need right on this app. The best part is that Nike offers free shipping, which is awesome. And here's a cool secret: you can actually wear your Nike shoes for 60 days to see if you like them, and if not, you can return them - no other store offers that! Thanks, Nike, for making my shopping experience amazing!

It's so frustrating! Every time I try to open the app, all I see is that infinite loading screen with the black background and the Nike logo. I've done everything imaginable—deleted and reinstalled the app, switched between different WiFi networks and mobile data connections, even cleared out all the cache and data for it. It's like the app itself is playing hard to get and preventing me from using it.
