Sorry! That was a mistake. Please contact customer service in the app or the webshop, and we will solve this problem. Any extra costs are, of course, on us.

What are your opening hours?

We deliver to you Mon-Thu from 7.30am - 11pm and Fri-Sat from 7.30am - Midnight.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is based on distance from your closest hub and your basket size - the higher your basket value, the lower the delivery fee. You`ll find your exact delivery fee during checkout in the app.

Why do you charge a storage fee?

In addition to the delivery costs, we charge an additional fee (storage fee) for certain products. This fee compensates for the higher costs associated with the sale of these products, e.g. special expenses for inspection, storage or protection against theft. The storage fee applies to every order that includes at least one such product and is shown separately in the shopping cart or in the order overview.
