About 'Nitnem Gurbani': 

Nit-Nem (Daily Naam) consists of various banis to be recited by Sikhs daily at prescribed times. Nitnems are recited at Gurdwaras. The typical nitnem banis include the Panj bania (5 banis) which baptized Sikhs recite daily in the early morning hours between 3:00 am and 6:00 am (known as Amrit Vela) and 'Rehras Sahib' in the evening at 6 pm and 'Kirtan Sohila' at 9 pm.
