Nitrado - Game server hosting

I tried to use it, but ran into a problem. When I downloaded the app, it prompted me to sign in. I clicked on it, hoping to enter my username and password, but it redirected me to a web browser searching for OATH security. I reached out to support, and they mentioned it might be a Google security services issue. They suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that didn't work, they said it couldn't be installed on my device. It makes me wonder, why is the app even available on the Google Play Store if it can't be used on Android or Google devices?

I find the app helpful because it makes it easier for me when I want to edit XML files on my PS4. But what really annoys me is that I can't search for a specific item in the file I'm working on. It's frustrating to have to scroll through everything in the game. It's either that or I have to use a PC and download another app to help with only some of my issues, which seems ridiculous. It's so boring and tiring to spend more than three hours every time they update the game just to make the changes I want in the types file.

I had a server with Nitrado, but it was often down. The app didn't work properly either, so I had to use my PC to check on things. I recommend finding another server host instead of Nitrado because their service is unreliable. Their website is also frequently down, which makes things even more frustrating. So, I've been using this service to host Ark PS4 servers. Before, it would show me which server was on which map right on the main screen. Now, I have to go into the settings to check that information, which is quite inconvenient. Also, there's a little glitch with the settings - particularly with tribe alliances. Even if I change the code to AllowTribeAlliances=True, it always goes back to false no matter how many times I try to set it. Just a heads up about that!

When you try to add money to your wallet or buy a server, all you get is a blank screen. I'm relieved that I couldn't make any purchases because after looking at more reviews, it seems like there are way more problems with the app than I initially realized.

The server's been mostly good and when there are problems, I haven't had much trouble talking to Nitrado. They've mostly helped and it's usually the game's fault, not theirs.

I rented a server, but it's been useless. It doesn't show up or times out most of the time. The app is no good either. The server info won't load even after 24 hours. It just keeps showing a loading symbol. I end up using Chrome to control the server, but it's still not working. If you want something that actually works, don't use this hosting service.

Nitrado's support is terrible. Don't bother with them. They can't help you personalize your Ark mobile server. My server has been down for days, and all they say is to try again. They don't even respond to user comments here. Why risk renting a server from them? Try it yourself, waste money, and end up with a server that only works for 3 days. Your server and money will be gone forever.

You enjoy using the app for managing servers when you're away from your computer. Have you thought about adding a feature to view server log files in the app? It would be really helpful for urgent admin tasks when a PC is not accessible.

I had a worrisome situation, but it ended up being quite funny. I was attempting to switch my Ark server from PC to PS4 in the wrong location. I was trying to upgrade it, thinking that would do the trick. However, I later discovered the actual setting option within the server settings. What a relief! It's an awesome app for those who find using a computer troublesome, and it operates really quickly.
