Q1. How do I download and log in to the NJ E-Wealth Account app?
Download it from Google Play Store or App Store by searching “NJ E-Wealth Account.” Log in using the Login ID and Password provided by your NJ Wealth Advisor. New users must register through an advisor first.
Q2. What do I need to open an E-Wealth account?
You’ll need a PAN card, Aadhaar card, and a cancelled cheque (with your name pre-printed) or bank statement for bank proof. Submit these digitally via the app or website and authorize with e-sign.
Q3. Can I use the app without an NJ Wealth advisor?
No, access requires credentials from an NJ Wealth Advisors Network Partner, tying the app to their distribution network.
Q4. How do I reset my password if I forget it?
On the login screen, select “Forgot Password,” enter your registered email or mobile number, and follow the OTP-based reset process sent to you.
Q5. What if the app is slow or crashes during a transaction?
This can happen during high-traffic periods. Retry after a few minutes. If unresolved, contact support at 0261-6155000 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-7 PM; working Saturdays, 10 AM-2 PM) with your Login ID and issue details.
