DEFINITIONS

“Audiobook” is content in the form of audio recordings adapted from popular books created by the Manager or other parties published by NOICE.

“Audioseries” is content in the form of stories in the form of audio recordings created by the Manager or other parties published by NOICE.

“NOICE” is a local audio entertainment application that has radio, music, audioseries, audiobook and podcast content owned by the Manager.

“Manager” is PT Mahaka Radio Digital.

“Service” is all forms of activities that occur on NOICE that are intended for NOICE users.

“Listener” is any NOICE listener who is not a Creator.

“Radio” is content in the form of live streaming radio broadcasts (real time) owned by a radio station that collaborates with the Manager.

“Music” is content in the form of songs or audio owned by a music label.

“Podcast” is content in the form of audio recordings created by the Manager or other parties published by NOICE.

“Exclusive Podcast” is content in the form of audio recordings produced by the Manager and can only be listened to on the NOICE application.

“Users” are all people who register and have an account on NOICE.

“Verified Users” are NOICE accounts that are verified by the Manager’s internal team and have a verified mark that can change from time to time at the Manager’s discretion.

“Visitors” are all people who access NOICE and use the NOICE Service.

“Mixtape” is the activity of making voice recordings and compiling audio content into Playlists on NOICE.

“Playlist” is an arrangement of audio content that can be accessed by Visitors and Users.

“Username” is the name of the account on NOICE created by the Visitor when registering as a NOICE User.

“User ID” is a number that indicates the order of Users after being registered as NOICE Users.

“Creators” are Users who are individuals or groups who have creations and are considered Creators.

“Banned” is a sanction prohibiting access to and use of NOICE.

“Chatroom” is a space for Users and Users to communicate via text and gifs.

“Direct Message” is a space for exchanging messages between Users.
