    The app is a little buggy. Sometimes it jumps over a page, and even if you go back, the missing page doesn't show up. You have to exit and reopen the app to get it back. And sometimes, when you highlight a word, the highlight continues onto the next page and can't be removed by touching other parts of the page. Again, you have to exit and restart the book. This issue happens on a Samsung Tab SM-T813 running Android 7.0 with the August 2019 update.

    The latest version, 6.3.0.8, of the Nook app is almost impossible to use. There's a yellow highlight that keeps moving across the text and you can't disable it. It's really annoying when you're trying to read. Plus, you can't turn pages easily. You have to go through a bunch of steps just to do that. Overall, the Nook app has been getting worse with each update.

    The app keeps trying to sync every day for a long time since the last update. I reached out to B & N customer service, but it didn't help. I decided to give Nook another try after being away since August. I downloaded and set up the app, bought my first book, but couldn't download it. It kept saying my cellular data is off, which is not true. So, I uninstalled the app on January 30, 2020.

    They haven't fixed anything yet. I emailed them, but got no response. The app keeps freezing on me. It's a useless app. With the latest update, the pages don't flow smoothly anymore. I now have to tap the left side to go back a page and swipe hard to move to the next page, even though it's set to flow. Also, parts of pages highlight on their own and start reading automatically.

    This update is the worst! The latest one messed up my books really bad. I'm attempting to read one of my favorite books again, but the formatting is all over the place. It keeps jumping around and skipping pages unless I keep changing the orientation. Also, the last sentence gets cut off at the bottom of the screen, making it unreadable unless I change the orientation AGAIN. Please sort this out. It's incredibly annoying!
