Nordea ID - Secure bank authentication

Nordea ID app offers a convenient and secure method for verifying your identity.

By utilizing the app, you have the flexibility to conduct your banking activities anytime and anywhere. To get started, simply download the app onto your mobile device and complete the activation procedure. It is advisable not to depend on a single Nordea ID app instance. In case your phone or tablet malfunctions or goes missing, you would lose access to the Nordea ID app and be required to repeat the activation process. To prevent this scenario, it is recommended to install the Nordea ID app on multiple mobile devices.

You can change the PIN code in the Nordea ID application:

1.Open the Nordea ID application

2.From the app's home page, select "Settings"

3.Under User settings, select your own username.

4.Select "Change PIN".

How do I use the Nordea ID application when logging into online banking?

Go to Nordea's online bank

Select the Nordea ID application as the identification option.

Enter your username and press OK.

Open the Nordea ID application on your mobile device.

Make sure that the login ID shown on the login page is the same as in the Nordea ID application.

Accept the login by entering your PIN code in the Nordea ID application and pressing "confirm".

You are in the online bank

You are now logged in to online banking.

Remember to log out after completing your transaction.
