How to set up rewards for rewards

Step 1: You can use the following methods to set up rewards on the "Set up Rewards Rewards" page:

Explore: The current selected rewards will be displayed at the top of the page, you can directly click "Selected Rewards", or open the arrow below and click "Reward Settings" to go directly to the "Set Rewards Page".

Mine: If you find the "Reward Rewards" block, you will see "Configure Rewards for Rewards", and the currently selected rewards will be displayed in small gray print.

Step 2: Select the reward you want to bind, if you have bound your Ocard account partner account, you can freely switch the reward anytime and anywhere. If you have not bound an account, you will need to connect the account for authentication before setting up feedback, and different partners will have different verification methods:

    Cathay Pacific – Asia Miles: Yawan member ID verification is required to bind the account

    HAPPY GO: You must provide the last 4 digits of your ID card to authenticate the bound account

    OPENPOINT: YOU MUST USE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER TO AUTHENTICATE AND BIND YOUR ACCOUNT

How to view the details of your feedback

Go to the "Reward Details" page to view the redemption details, and you can use the following methods to go to the "Rewards Details" page:

    Explore: The current reward balance will be displayed at the top of the page, you can directly click on the "Reward Balance" block, or open the arrow below and click "Detailed Record" to go directly to the "Set Reward Page".

    Mine: Find the "Reward Rewards" block and you can see the "Reward Details".

In the "Reward Details" page, you can select "Country" first, and then select the reward record you want to view, and you can also check the expiration time of points in the record, but the "Reward Details" will only show the record of earning rewards through Ocard, and the points or miles earned in other ways will not be displayed in this detailed record. You can refer to the FAQ below.

How do I use Ocard Rewards rewards?

Ocard Rewards cooperates with hundreds of stores, allowing consumers to redeem specific items and discounts at designated stores, as well as goods or coupons provided by department stores, gourmet stores, movie theaters, convenience stores, etc., or redeem supermarket points, mileage, etc., so that you can enjoy the convenience of Ocard Rewards anytime, anywhere! There are three ways to use Ocard Rewards:

Consumption credits

Step 1: You can check whether the store can use Ocard Rewards in the "Rewards & Redemption" section on the store page, and if it is a store that can be redeemed, a "Ocoin Credit" message will appear.

Step 2: Explain to the store that you want to use Ocard Rewards to redeem your purchase, and use the Ocard App to scan the store's redemption QR code.

Step 3: After scanning the store QR code, you will be taken to the discount page, and you can enter the amount you want to discount in the "Cash" field (reminder: the discount amount cannot exceed the number of Ocoin you have).

Step 4: After the operation is completed in the Ocard App, show the successful screen to the store staff for confirmation, and then you can complete the consumption discount.

Tips: How to Earn Ocard Rewards

1.In-Store Purchases：Earn Rewards by providing your phone number to Ocard-affiliated merchants at checkout.

2.Online Orders：Place orders for takeout or delivery from Ocard-affiliated vendors. Upon order completion, you will receive rewards.

3.Purchase Vouchers：Obtain vouchers from 【Ocard EC】. Receive rewards after voucher use.

4.Unlock Missions：Finish missions and gain additional rewards.
