■ Key features

(1) Check useful information for your daily life

You can check out information that suits you best for daily convenience, such as the latest news, weather, and horoscopes. When viewing news within the app from OCN Mobile ONE, you can view the news without consuming data.

※ The count-free targets are only the news displayed in the OCN app (goo news). Viewing news in browsers or other platforms is not included. Additionally, there may be data charges for non-count-free activities like watching videos.

(2) Check the usage and remaining capacity of OCN Mobile ONE

On the mobile screen, you can easily see your data usage and remaining capacity. You can also quickly view any carried-over data or additional purchased data options.

Moreover, by checking the usage graph, you can understand your own usage trends on a daily or monthly basis.

※ The remaining capacity can also be checked using the widget feature.

※ If using a Shared SIM card (additional SIM), data usage for each SIM can be verified separately.

(3) View, use, and save d POINTs

By linking your d account and OCN account, you can check your d POINTs in the app, use d POINTs for payments for OCN services, and accumulate d POINTs daily through the visit points function.

※ Linking your d account is necessary to view d POINTs in the app.

(4) Confirm contract and billing information, and perform various procedures

In the contract information screen, you can confirm contract details, billing information, and make other applications. For OCN Mobile ONE subscribers, you can update your plan or add data easily on the mobile screen. Furthermore, you can quickly review call details (such as duration and destination) for voice calls.

(5) Utilize various support functions

You can check installation and breakdown information for various OCN services you have subscribed to. Additionally, we provide support for using OCN services comfortably through FAQs, chat inquiries, and community discussions.

It is an app to make using OCN services more convenient and cost-effective.

Disconnected after changing to the “New Course”?

Possible causes

The APN settings or profile has been changed before the “New Course” is applied.

The “New Course” has been applied, but the APN settings or profile have not been changed.

If you have changed the course, you need to change your APN setting values or profile after the “new course” has been applied.

The “New Course” will be applied [after 1:00 a.m. on the 1st of the following month] of the month in which the change is applied.

If you have changed your settings before the “New Course” is applied, or if you have not changed your settings after the “New Course” is applied, you will not be able to connect.

How to deal with this problem

Check your contract to see if the “New Course” is applied.

You can check your current subscription on the “OCN App” or “OCN Top Page”.

If you have changed the settings but still cannot connect

Please try turning off and restarting your mobile phone, tablet, mobile Wi-Fi router, or other device.

Target users: Customers who have contracted with either "OCN Mobile ONE," "OCN Optical Fiber," "OCN Internet," "OCN for NTT docomo Hikari," "OCN Optical Fiber with FLET'S," "OCN Optical Fiber 'FLET'S'," or "OCN Value Plan" and possess an OCN email address issued during the contract.

Supported devices: Android version 7.0 and above
