So, there's this customer experience that's just a bit of a pain. It's all about setting up a new account on this app. The main thing this app does is show you how much you're using and lets you buy extra stuff if you want. All the other stuff doesn't really matter. Just keep it simple.

Oh no, it seems like there's a bug in this app. When you switch between subscriptions, the data doesn't update correctly. You have to close the app and reopen it every time you change subscriptions for the data to be accurate.

That was a really awful experience! They made changes that no one requested, and what did we end up with? An app that doesn't work at all, except for showing ads. It's unbelievable. The old app was great: it was straightforward and worked perfectly. But now they updated that one too, and it's not functioning properly either. So now we're left with this trashy app. I suppose I'll have to search for a new provider.

It's a bummer, but logging in just doesn't seem to be happening on the app. However, the good news is that using the same login details on the website does the trick. Judging from what others have said, it looks like this might be a common issue. Oh, and by the way, the error message says: "The username and/or password is incorrect."

It tells you to set up your account on your phone, but there is no option available on the phone to do that. The app itself doesn't provide helpful information either, nor does the website.

So, you want to buy a device, right? But the seller won't tell you everything about it. If you change your mind later, they make you pay a penalty, plus you still have to pay for services you don't need anymore. Their customer service is not good at all. I'm really frustrated with this phone service. The employees there don't seem to know much, and that's why I ended up paying so many fines. You really need to read the contract thoroughly. Don't trust the seller.

This app is very good and reliable. It's usually quite fast and responsive, allowing me to easily access my personal information and data plan. I can also quickly purchase additional plans or make changes to my contract. Overall, it's really convenient to have.

The sections in the app are unresponsive, slow, and irrelevant. Not only are they useless, but they also look really bad. I recently switched from Lebara to T mobile, and it's shocking how terrible T mobile's app is compared to Lebara's. It's hard to understand why T mobile doesn't have a complete English version when smaller companies can manage that perfectly.
