    So, about a month back, I put some money into my Ola Money for Metro Recharge. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to finish the recharge due to a technical problem. It's been a whole month now, but the issue is still hanging around like a stubborn itch. To make matters worse, I can't even move the money to my bank account. It's like my 3000 bucks are stuck in a deep dark hole somewhere. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but all they keep saying is that they'll fix it soon. Well, "soon" feels like forever at this point. Bottom line – Ola Money is a letdown. I wouldn't recommend using it, not even for booking cabs.

    This app is not working properly. After verifying my mobile number, it just shows a blank screen. I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app several times, but the problem remains. My money is in the wallet, which has now been deactivated. To reactivate, Ola told me to use the Ola Money app, where all wallet issues are supposed to be fixed. However, the Ola Money app also displays a blank screen. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

    Sure! I had a frustrating experience with this app. I tried to book a ticket on redBus using Ola money, but the transaction failed. After 15 days of sending emails, I finally received my money back, but it went to my Ola wallet instead of my bank account. Now I am trying to withdraw the amount to my bank account, but whenever I select that option in the app, it tells me to update for KYC verification. However, when I checked the Play Store, the app is already up-to-date. It's really frustrating because there's no customer support within the app.

    Avoid their postpaid plus service. They partnered with Aditya Birla FL and created a loan account mistakenly labeling me as overdue in March 2020, negatively impacting my credit score. Despite CIBIL being rectified after much effort, CRIF and Experian records remain inaccurate. Over 50 emails were sent with little response. It has been 2 years and the problem persists. The situation is frustrating. Numerous messages through Twitter also yielded standard responses indicating follow-up but no resolution.
