[Pickup] I'm curious about the pickup service

This is a service where you purchase products from an online mall and pick them up at a store of your choice.

Select the store of your choice to place an order, and a barcode will be sent when the product is ready at the store. (Within 24 hours on business days)

After receiving the barcode, visit the selected store to pick up the product.

※Currently, the pickup service is only available at some stores, and it will be expanded sequentially.

[Today Dream] Can I exchange and return at the store?

Exchanges at stores are difficult, and you must apply for exchanges/returns through the online mall.

Please process it through [My Page > Order/Delivery Inquiry > Exchange/Return Application] using the method below. Exchange: Exchange to the logistics center through the return courier

Return: Return to the logistics center through the return courier / Visit the offline store and return directly

However, store returns are only available at some stores, so please use 'Find Available Stores' on the return reception page to check and then apply for return.

Olive Young's 3 same-day delivery services that don't require you to worry about delivery.

+3 hours after order (fast delivery): If you order by 8 p.m., delivery will arrive within 3 hours on the same day

3-4 p.m. (3!4! delivery): If you order by 1 p.m., delivery will arrive between 3-4 p.m. today

10 p.m. - 12 a.m. (midnight delivery): If you order by 8 p.m., delivery will arrive between 10-12 a.m. today

[Today Dream] How much is the delivery fee for Today Dream service? The shipping fee for Today Dream Service is free for payments of 30,000 won or more based on the actual payment amount, and for payments of 30,000 won or less, it is applied differently for each shipping option.

+3 hours after order (fast shipping): 5,000 won

3-4 PM (3!4! shipping): 2,500 won

10-12 PM (midnight shipping): 2,500 won

[Returns] How long can I return the product?

Returns are possible within 15 days from the date you received the product.

However, if the return is due to our mistake, such as a defective product or delivery error, you can apply for it within 30 days.

[Returns] Is there a fee for returning the product?

The return fee you must pay when returning the product is a collection fee of 2,500 won.

However, in the case of store returns, you can return the product without a separate collection fee.

- Islands and mountainous areas: +2,500 won (5,000 won)

Products ordered from the online mall will be delivered within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the order date.

※ For islands and mountainous regions, Jeju Island, delivery will be made within 5-7 days.

※ During the brand sale period, delivery will be made within 5-7 days from the order date due to a surge in orders.

※ For reserved delivery products, delivery will be made on the specified delivery date.
