About the app
The OmaElisa application allows consumer users to settle bills, track their subscription usage, and oversee all their products and services. Additionally, it offers lotteries, perks, and device discounts for Elisa clients.
With OmaElisa app you can, for example
Browse the invoice balance and call itemizations of your subscriptions
View the invoicing situation of your subscriptions and Elisa products and services (open and paid invoices)
Pay invoices and apply for extended payment time, if needed
Change the block services for your subscriptions (text message and mobile payment blocks, call blocks, abroad usage blocks)
Check the PUK code for your subscription
Close your subscription temporarily
Check information on disruptions in Elisa's services
View and change the PIN code or change password for Elisa Viihde services (elisaviihde.fi and the Elisa Viihde app)
Measure the speed of your broadband connection
Check your personal offers in OmaElisa
In the OmaElisa app you can only see information about the subscriptions and services of which you are a named owner.

Instructions for changing your phone subscription and information on how to transfer your current phone number to Elisa.
Transferring your current subscription from another operator to Elisa takes a minimum of five business days. Use your current SIM card until your new subscription is activated and keep the new SIM card in a safe place. Do not cancel your subscription or make any changes to it so that the transfer goes smoothly.
If you have any questions or want to make changes to your order, please contact us! We want to take care of your subscription transfer as well as possible! Did you know that you can change the transfer time yourself in OmaElisa, check out the instructions below.
You will receive a text message notification of the activation time of your subscription closer to the transfer time - so please wait patiently. We will make sure that the transfer time does not surprise you. We will remind you of the activation time of your subscription via text message the day before and 10 minutes before the transfer takes place. Please have your new SIM card nearby well in advance!
After the opening time we have announced, replace the new SIM card in your phone. The subscription is now ready to use! Enjoy your new subscription!

Delivery time
You will receive information about the progress of your Elisa Entertainment subscription via text message and email.
If you ordered Elisa Entertainment with broadband, your Entertainment service will be delivered in two parts – the broadband included in the service will be connected to your apartment at the agreed time and the devices will be delivered to you using the delivery method you have chosen.
The delivery time for the Elisa Entertainment with broadband service varies by region. The delivery time for broadband is typically 2-3 business days. You will be informed of the delivery time when you order.
Delivery of devices
When you order from Elisa Viihte's telephone sales or our online store, we will deliver the device to you using the delivery method of your choice. You can also choose free in-store pickup as the delivery method in the online store.
You can also track the delivery of your order via OmaElisa.
When ordering from distance sales, some of the delivery methods require electronic identification (=identity verification) before the order can be delivered. If you place the order yourself from the online store, you will perform electronic identification when confirming the order.
When purchasing the service from an Elisa store, you will usually receive a device package with you, unless otherwise agreed when placing the order.
Connecting the devices
If possible, connect the modem before the broadband connection delivery date.

Turn on the modem so that we can test the functionality of the broadband connection when opening the subscription.

Broadband delivery
We will notify you by text message when your broadband is available. You will also receive a message when your broadband is connected to your apartment.
Your broadband may only work in some of the sockets. So after receiving the message, try all the sockets in your apartment if the first one you try does not work.
You can tell if a socket with VDSL technology is working by the DSL light coming on when you plug your modem into the socket. With Ethernet technology, you can also test the connection directly from the home distribution box.
Ordering and activating a charging subscription
Ordering
You can order a charging subscription from our online store or from an Elisa store.
When ordering, you pay the initial balance you have chosen (minimum balance 10 euros)
Internet and bundle packages are purchased separately and are always paid for at the time of purchase
You can order a voicemail through our customer service.
Activation
The SIM card of the charging subscription has three SIM card sizes combined in the same card base, Mini, Micro and Nano. Check the correct card size in your device's user manual before removing the SIM card and activating the subscription.
Billing
A reminder message is always sent to the subscription one day before the active package expires. You can purchase a new package for your subscription even if the previous one is still active. The package in the queue is automatically activated after the previous package expires. You can easily order online and combination packages for your charging connection at lataa.elisa.fi, at R-kiosk and via SMS.
With a recurring payment, the packages remain active until you want to change your subscription.
