Posti's 400 years of history

In the 17th century, we rowed across the Archipelago Sea. Today, make deliveries on bikes, electric vans, and trucks running on biogas. We have delivered everything from letters written with quill pens to telegrams and from digital letters to online store parcels.

Warehousing and handling

Regardless of size, you can outsource your warehouse and its running to our skilled professionals operating in our modern facilities. Parcel Tracking: 

OmaPosti allows users to track the status of their parcels, providing information on expected deliveries, locations, and estimated arrival times. The app also sends notifications for parcel availability and offers various delivery options based on the circumstances. Home delivery orders may require users to choose a suitable delivery time.

Sending Parcels: 

By paying for parcel services within OmaPosti, users can benefit from cost-effective sending options. Prepaid shipments can be conveniently dropped off at any Posti Service Point or Parcel Locker.

Mail Reception: 

Users have the option to receive electronic letters and invoices in the OmaPosti mailbox. This includes messages from authorities, invoices, payslips, etc., with email notifications sent upon mail arrival.

Invoice Payments: 

OmaPosti enables users to swiftly and securely pay invoices within the application. Additionally, users receive due date reminders and have their invoices archived automatically.

Customs Declarations: 

OmaPosti facilitates customs clearance for purchases and gifts valued up to EUR 150. A service fee of EUR 1 will apply starting October 1, 2023.

Customer Support: 

Users can engage in live chats with customer service representatives via OmaPosti for assistance with their items.

Free of Charge: 

The OmaPosti service is designed for Finnish individuals aged 15 and above with a Finnish mobile subscription. The service is provided at no cost.

Browser Version: 

If installing the app is not an option, users can access OmaPosti via the browser version at oma.posti.fi. Certain services, such as address changes and mail forwarding, are exclusively available through the browser version. Users can also download all received letters and invoices from OmaPosti through the web interface.

Secure data transfer methods and connections are utilized to ensure information security.
