How Once Upon operates:

- Choose as many as 594 images from your phone, tablet, or computer

- Optionally add a few captions

- Pick from various pre-designed layout options

- Repeat this process as often as you like! Each book can contain up to 200 pages

FAQ

Which languages is the app available in?

English, German, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Spanish, French and Italian.

You can change the language by going to Settings > Language.

How do I know which app version I have installed?

Go to Settings > Information & Support. There you can find which app version you have installed.

Can I work on my book offline?

Yes, as long as you use photos from your phone.

If you want to add photos from iCloud or Google Photos you need an internet connection. If you want to work on collab-books, you also need an internet connection.

It seems like the app isn’t loading and I can’t get past the first page. What can I do?

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app and that your photos are synchronized. When you've done that you can log out and then log back in to the app.

If that doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it.

I can’t find the app in the Google Play Store or the App Store. Is Once Upon available in my country?

Unfortunately our app is not available in every country (yet!). We deliver to: Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Canada.
