I really enjoyed using the app. It's user-friendly, handy, and beneficial. But then on January 25th, right after the most recent update, I noticed that my daily pay was $2 less than what I used to earn. Moreover, the app hasn't reflected the 2% raise yet. This means that my instapays, which I rely on to pay bills, are lower than they are supposed to be. Once this issue is resolved, I will update my rating accordingly.

Hey, there's this app I've been using but it's been a nightmare. It crashed on me twice, kicking me out completely. When I tried to log back in, no luck. Had to get support to reset my account, which is a pain. This last time, they deleted my account with money still in my savings! Now I can't even access it. Seems like I'm losing all that hard-earned cash. The worst part? Trying to contact support is a headache. They make you use their chat system and it takes forever for them to respond, at least 30 minutes each time. Frustrating, to say the least.

Taking away instant pay for other banks is just terrible. They should at least leave it but with a small fee. I really don't want to have to deal with another account. Instant pay is supposed to be a perk through my job, and it should be free and work with my bank! I think the new name and design of the app are not great. I preferred it when it was named Even and the app layout was better.

This app really transformed my life in a major way, allowing me to save up and purchase a new car. The only issue is that when entering the company I work for, the suggestions are quite strict. I had to adjust the name a few times because if it's too similar to another company already in the system, I can't save my entry.

I remember I tried it once. If I recall correctly, you have to pay a small fee from your paycheck just to subscribe to it. Also, the time I withdrew money early, it impacted a paycheck down the line rather than the next one. I believe I have an Even account, but I don't know how to cancel it... I haven't used it since my early days at Walmart...
