ONE Pocket - School communication app

ONE, the premier educational social platform for elementary institutions, is now accessible as a mobile application. ONE Pocket serves as a scaled-down version of your virtual learning environment, allowing direct access from your smartphone or tablet, aimed at enhancing the communication between schools and homes!

Educators and guardians can log in using the same credentials they utilize for their educational network and gain entry to all of ONE’s key functionalities.

Getting Started

Download: Available on Google Play Store (Android 6.0+) or App Store (iOS 15.6+).

Eligibility: Your school must subscribe to ONE Pocket. Check with your school admin if you can’t log in.

Login: Use the same username and password as your ONE educational network account.

Setup: Select your school’s ENT project from the list after installing, then sign in.

The ONE Pocket mobile app empowers users to:

– Get real-time updates on your smartphone regarding the latest content from your network

– Explore your Newsfeed to stay informed with your Blog, School Journal, and News applications

– View a summary of the material on your Newsfeed and delve deeper into specific content with a quick tap

– Access your Mailbox effortlessly to ensure you don’t miss any communications

– Compose emails on your device and choose recipients from your network

– Easily track lessons and assignments through the Text Notebook section

– Check your workspace

Note: Schools need to subscribe to ONE Pocket. If you're experiencing issues with access, it’s possible that this option hasn't been activated for you. Reach out to your school administrator for further assistance.

Discover ONE Pocket’s new text editor

All your beautifully edited layouts on the Web are now easily visible on the mobile app!

In this first phase of the project, we focused on making sure content displays as it was edited. Previously, the layout you created on the web didn’t always appear correctly on the mobile app. Now, readers can see fonts, text styles and sizes, highlighting colors, subscripts and superscripts, all emojis, bullet lists, and alignment. Attachments now have a more aesthetic display. These improvements greatly enhance the reading experience.

More room for writing and creativity

Say goodbye to bulky editing blocks and hello to more creative space. You no longer need to wait to edit your post on the web to unleash your imagination: the editor is now available in the mobile app! Create content with simple formatting options (bold, italic, underline, bullet lists, subscript, and superscript) and insert images as you write, not just at the end. Editing is now easier with the ability to undo and redo content and fold/unfold the keyboard. Additionally, to standardize our apps, like in Mailbox, simply click the airplane icon at the top right to publish your post.

Exciting new feature: you can now edit blog posts directly in the mobile app! When editing content created on the web, you can modify and delete content without affecting its layout.

These updates mark the first phase of this extensive project. In the next version, you can expect even richer editing features, including font selection, size adjustments, and the ability to add videos and audio.
