OnePlus Buds - Wireless earbuds & headphones

The sound is great! The bass sounds good, but sometimes the call quality and connectivity can be a bit slow. The noise cancellation isn't amazing. I wish the buds had better connectivity and call quality. It would be nice to have more options, especially for OnePlus phones.

I have buds from a different brand. I never wanted this app, but it came pre-installed on my OnePlus 7 anyway. I chose OnePlus phones (the 1, 3, and now the 7) because they don't have extra unwanted software and have a simple design. I'm not happy with how it alters things.

I got the OnePlus buds pro when they first came out. Now, the left bud stops working after 20 minutes of listening, while the right one lasts for an extra 5 minutes. This happens in normal mode, not ANC or transparency mode. I only started noticing this faster battery drain after the recent app and firmware updates. It's clear that these updates are causing my buds to lose battery more quickly. And I'm not the only one experiencing this issue – all other buds pro users are dealing with it too.

Having connectivity problems during audio playback. The app lacks user-friendly features like single tap and triple tap assignments. OnePlus appears unconcerned and is only adding features to Buds Pro, ignoring other earbuds. Very disappointing considering what OnePlus typically offers.

I don't really want the OnePlus Buds, but I got this app that I can't remove. OnePlus used to be known for clean software, but now they're adding unnecessary apps like Netflix, Facebook, and now this one. It seems like they are changing their strategy, which I don't like, and many others don't either. I wish they would listen to us, their customers. If they don't, I'll switch to another brand.

I bought it right away when it was released. The sound is great, especially after the update - the spatial effect is very noticeable. I can now hear many instruments in songs that I couldn't hear before on regular speakers. The voice quality is also very good. The battery life is quite decent. However, I'm having problems with frequent bluetooth disconnection, with both bluetooth 4 and 5 devices. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible - that's why I gave it 4 stars.

My phone is OnePlus 6T. The app update lowered the sound volume a lot. I can't use it for game calls because there's no sound when I try to switch from mute. The battery level shows 40%, even though the case light turned green after charging. I hope they fix these issues in the next update.

The audio quality is top-notch, with HD clarity and no interruptions when connecting or disconnecting. It automatically pauses and resumes without any delays. The bass is impressive and the overall sound quality is amazing. It feels like a cinematic experience when watching shows on Amazon Prime or Netflix. It provided a great experience, but we were hoping for some more advanced features in this device.

I had a really bad time with my earbuds connection. It's frustrating that even with Bluetooth version 5, I still face these problems. Both my earphones and phone are from OnePlus, but the issue persists. It's disappointing that OnePlus doesn't optimize for their own devices. Despite multiple updates, they still can't fix the Bluetooth connectivity problem. I wish I could give zero stars, but I'll have to settle for a 1-star rating.
