Onoff - Phone number privacy

They don't let you choose your own number. They give you a list of numbers, but none of them are even from the same city or state as me. I'm definitely going to delete it.

I really like this app - it's well designed and works nicely with my sim card. I have tried other virtual solutions before, but this one stands out. The feature that allows me to have multiple numbers is fantastic. I had a minor issue and the support team was amazing. They quickly identified that it was specific to my phone model and are actively working on a solution. To those who complain about not being free, how do you expect a service like this to make money and cover its costs? The prices are fair considering all the work that goes into running the platform, providing support, developing new features, and purchasing numbers from service partners. In my experience, this is a reliable and professional service.

So, like, I got this new phone number from Onoff, right? And ever since then, I've been bombarded with spam calls, man. Like, literally 10 annoying calls a day. It's driving me crazy! They keep texting me for services that the last person who had the number signed up for. There's no spam protection or anything to make it stop. Ugh! People are telling me to just get a cheap phone and another sim card but come on, why should I have to go through all that trouble? It should be easier to deal with this kind of stuff.

So, I added 10€ of credit to my account. It showed me that I had 1000 credits ready for international calls. However, when I tried making a call, it said I didn't have enough credit. What a joke and a rip off! I'll remove this review if they fix my issue.

Hello! Everything is going well, but the rates are currently high. It would be great if you could add other countries, especially India, as Indians are present all over the world. This will bring in good business for you guys. More importantly, we - the customers - will be happier. After all, customer satisfaction comes first.

You know, I used to give this app 4 stars, but now I only give it 2. Why? Well, the thing is, whenever I try to use it, all I see is that loading signal. I have to go through Chrome and use the OnOff Web client just to get to my calls and texts. It's been like this for about 3 months now. I'm running Android 11 on the HD1925, and every time I open the app, all I get is that never-ending spinning circle on the startup screen. The login portal never shows up. So frustrating!

My experience on this app wasn't good. I bought a number and credit, but it's not working. You guys are just scammers.
