- What is Rice Dollars?

- How can I inform the restaurants when I have special requests regarding the booking?

During booking, if you have any individual requests, you can state them under the column "Special Request" in the booking form. The restaurants will try to make the arrangements correspondingly. However, we regret that the restaurants may not be able to comply with all the special requests. 

- Can I help my friends make the booking?

Yes, you can. You only have to fill in the customer name and phone number of the booking form. You can fill in your friend's name and his/her phone number (if applicable). Restaurants will receive your friend's information as well as your information in order to make the arrangement. 

- Can I submit review on behalf of the restaurant owners?

According to our code of review, the reviews submitted by restaurant owners, employees and the agents of the restaurants will not be approved.
