I like this game a lot. It's so interesting. But I feel like the department upgrades and recruitment packs are too expensive. It's frustrating when you hit a point where you can't progress without spending real money. It would be great if they made things more affordable in the event store so we can keep playing without feeling stuck.

That's really frustrating. When I started playing the game, it was so fun that even my husband got into it. We both thought about spending money on it to show our support and enhance our gaming experience. But then, with this new update, things went downhill. It messed up my progress, changed my staff around, and even made me lose a lot of in-game money. Now I'm just trying to get some help from support, but they're not even responding. I really hope I can get my money back.

Imagine this game could be so popular if it weren't for all the technical issues. I'm unable to participate in any events due to the numerous glitches. Each time I try to upgrade a certain section, my money is deducted but nothing actually improves. It's frustrating to have to start earning from the beginning each time. I won't reinstall the game until the developers fix these problems. We're all looking forward to an update to address these issues. The app hasn't been updated for 10 months now. Please, developers, take action or risk losing users.

The game was enjoyable and I was totally engrossed, but it won't load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, only to realize that before connecting to the cloud to retrieve my stats, I had to pass several stages. Due to this simple problem made complex by a design flaw upon redownloading the game, I can't suggest using this app. If it functioned properly, I would certainly endorse it. It was a blast while I played it.

However, when I reached the bus accident event, the game got stuck on the loading screen whenever I tried to access the surgery. Even after reopening the game multiple times, it still wouldn't progress past that point. It was a bit disappointing.

I had this game before the upgrade. It froze, did the upgrade, but didn't solve the issue. Tried uninstalling and downloading it again, but it's not as good as before. The breakroom boost doesn't work and when a video loads, the game freezes. Even after restarting, the boost doesn't reflect. I'll play for a bit more, but if it doesn't get better, I will delete the game.
