    It sounds frustrating to have trouble logging in. You keep getting kicked out even after reinstalling. That can really be annoying.

    The app feels terrible. Response times drag on. Finding items becomes a frustrating challenge. Adding things to the cart takes ages. When finally trying to check out, errors pop up repeatedly. It wastes so much time. Half an hour gone, and not a single purchase completed.
