OSN+ - Stream TV shows

The content is awesome, but the app isn't up to par. Since the latest update, it's stopped working on all my Android gadgets - not on my Nvidia Shield or Huawei tablet. Even on browsers where it used to run smoothly, it's now a no-go. I might not renew my subscription if this issue isn't resolved soon. I reached out to the support team, and their response was that it's expected. They suggested getting the latest Android devices that are not from Huawei, like a TV or tablet, which sounds ridiculous.

The app had some really cool stuff and the new update brought in a bunch of awesome features. But here's the catch - after this latest update, the LG app is acting up! There's this big issue where a dark shadow appears on the top quarter of the screen whenever you're watching a movie or show. Super annoying, right? So, if you're an LG TV user and considering getting OSN, my advice is to hold off until they sort out this problem.

Everything was working perfectly before, but not anymore! The mobile app used to track my watched episodes, but now it doesn't. So after watching or casting a show, I have to manually figure out where I left off. And as for the SmartTV app update, it used to be great, but now it crashes every time I try to open it. When I reached out to customer support, they said that they haven't released an update yet – even though the update 2 months ago is what caused all these problems. OSN should consider going back to the previous version until they can fix all these bugs.

Yeah, the app really needs some work. It would be great if they could add a download feature similar to Netflix or YouTube Premium, you know, where you can download the show right within the app instead of saving it on your phone. That way, it's so much easier to watch stuff offline. And they should definitely include a fast forward and backward option like 10 seconds, just like what you see on Netflix or YouTube. Oh, and those subtitles need improvement too - they're just plain white with no outlines, which makes them hard to read in certain scenes.
