How to look for real estate in Otodom?

Do you want to start searching and browsing interesting real estate offers in Otodom? Use our search engine available on the home page of our website - you can find it at: otodom.pl

How to use the search engine?

After entering the website, set basic filters in the search engine, such as:

- real estate category

- offer type (sale or rent)

- the location you are looking for (you can enter and select several locations at the same time)

- the price range you are considering

- the scope of the property you are looking for

- Then select the Results button.

We will display a list of matching ads - you can check the search results or set more detailed filters to narrow down the results.

How to set additional filters in the search engine?

Select the More filters button on the search engine above the list of offers:

You can select any number of filters - we will then show offers that meet all the criteria you selected. To view matching offers, click the Results button.

In which locations can I search for offers?

You can find advertisements in Otodom by entering the name of a location in the search box, such as:

- voivodeship

- district

- commune

- village

- city

- district

- area in the district

After you start entering the name of the location, we will suggest them in the drop-down list along with the designation of the location unit, e.g. city, rural-urban commune, district, etc.

Why doesn't the search engine suggest street names?

The search engine in Otodom does not contain street names, so we do not suggest them after you start typing.

When adding an ad, advertisers can provide the name of the street and indicate the exact location of the property using a pin placed on the map.

If the offer includes a street name in the search results list, e.g. after a selected city, district or area in the district, you will see the names of the streets where the offered properties are located next to the offers:

You can view the search results as a map.

This will allow you to see offers marked on the map in the area you are interested in, e.g. your favorite street.

How to do it? Enter an available location in the search engine, e.g. the city or district where the street you are looking for is located, and then display the results. Above the search results you will see a fragment of the map with a "See on map" button - click this button to see the results in this form.

You will see the results marked with pins on the map - you can zoom in on the map to the area of your choice and click on the pins shown there to view the ads. If you want to return to the view of offers on the list, click the " Back to list" button:

How to save search engine filters for the future?

You don't have to set filters in the search engine every time to check matching offers. Instead, you can turn on notifications in your browser or save a search once you have set it up to receive notifications of new matching offers by email.

Why is using filters important?

Thanks to the filters set in the search engine, we can show you the most suitable offers, which will save you time spent searching for real estate.
