My Profile / My Personal Information

To find all the personal information relating to your profile, log in to your account (Ouest-France), your account (Le Courrier de l'Ouest), your account (Le Maine Libre), your account (Presse Océan), your account (Le marin) and go to the "My profile" section. 

You will find your subscriber number, postal address, email address and bank details.

What is Infoconnect? What are my rights and access?

Thanks to the Infoconnect service, you have access to the content and services of the Ouest-France Group's websites and applications. With Infoconnect there is more security, and potentially additional specific services that require special data processing.

How do I sign in with my Google or Apple account?

To log in to the Ouest-France platform with your Google account, follow these steps:

- Click on the "Connect" button at the top right

- Click on the Google logo that appears in the blue box

- Select the Google address you want to sign in with or enter your Google address and password

- Accept the T&Cs and click "continue" if necessary

- You arrive in connected mode on the platform

To log in to the Ouest-France platform with your Apple account, follow these steps:

- Click on the "Connect" button at the top right

- Click on the Apple logo that appears in the blue box

- Select the Apple address you want to sign in with or enter your Apple address and password

- If you have the choice between "share my email address" and "hide my email address", check "share my email address" (if you choose to hide your email address, you will not be able to access your content).

- Accept the T&Cs and click "continue" if necessary

- You arrive in connected mode on the platform

When will my subscription start?

If at the time of subscription (by internet, telephone, mail or email) you have not requested that your subscription start on a given date, then it will start as soon as possible, i.e. within 5 days maximum.

If, on the other hand, you have requested that the delivery of your newspaper start from a certain date, then the first day served will be the one you want.
