In accordance with the Information and Communication Network laws, Our Table accesses the following required items:

- Mandatory Access Rights: None

- Optional Access Rights: Photos/Camera

- Optional access rights require permission when using that function; however, services can still be accessed without granting this.

- Mobile status and ID reading: A unique identifier is needed to distinguish Our Table members on the network, hence the use of the device's ID number. No other materials are collected or processed.

FAQs

Can I issue a cash receipt/expense certificate (business owner)

Yes, cash receipts and expenditure certificates can be issued.

1. Direct processing on the website or app

When ordering, select the bank name you will deposit to, then enter the desired number in the [Cash receipt issuance] field that appears.

2. Request for issuance after ordering

Customers who ordered through 1:1 inquiry, KakaoTalk channel, or customer center, please contact the customer center or KakaoTalk channel after completing the deposit, and we will help you issue a cash receipt/expense certificate.

Note:When paying with Kakao Pay, you must apply directly through the Kakao Pay app.

 I am sending it as a gift, but can I change the sender's name?

Unfortunately, the sender's name cannot be changed.
The product is set to the default value according to each company name/logistics information, and we ask for your understanding that it is difficult to change it.

If you would like to write the name of the gift recipient, please write the sender's name in the [Delivery Message].

Can I order by phone/KakaoTalk?

Yes, you can.
For orders through 1:1 inquiry, KakaoTalk channel, and customer center, the only payment methods are virtual account deposit and card payment.
Please tell us the product name, option name, and quantity you want, and we will help you place your order.
However, you can purchase as a non-member, but you will not receive member benefits.

How do I earn points after purchase?

Yes, currently, you can earn points only by writing a purchase review.

- Earn 50P when writing a text review
- Earn 100P when writing a photo review

For products priced under 5,000 won, **1% of the amount** will be paid as points when writing a review.

Can I exchange by changing the product option?

Exchanges are only possible for different options of the same product.

However, if the option price is different, you will need to return the product and go through the repurchase process, so please keep this in mind.

A round-trip shipping fee will be charged for exchanges, and the exchange will be processed after the shipping fee is deposited.

Can I change the payment method

Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is completed.

However, if you ordered with a virtual account, you can cancel before payment, and if the order status is marked as **Payment Completed**, you can cancel on your own.
