Q: How to change address on PA lottery app?

A: Go to the VIP Players Club and log in with your current email address and password. Then click on “My Profile” to make changes to your personal information. Click on “Save Changes” when you're finished.

Q: The game I was playing seems to be stuck, what should I do?

A: If a game seems to be unresponsive, please try the following steps before contacting Player Support for additional troubleshooting help:

- Please log out, then log back in and return to that same game.

Q: How long does it take to get lottery winnings in PA?

A: Most prize checks will arrive in between four and six weeks after your claim has been received at Lottery Headquarters and validated. Some claims submitted in December cannot be processed until January, so those prize payments and tax forms will be issued in the same calendar year.

Q: Can I use the ticket checker app to buy lottery games?

A: Yes. With the Ticket Checker feature, just scan the barcode found in the bottom corners of Draw Game and Fast Play tickets, and under the “Scratch to Cash” area on Scratch-Offs to see if the ticket is a winner.
